Person Match Provides international access to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) using data from government agencies, credit bureaus, national ID databases, electoral rolls, mobile IDs, resident files, consumer data, and student records for verifying individuals' PII.

Business Complete Offers detailed information on direct and indirect ownership and key personnel. Verifies and returns Business Insights+ information, including ownership beyond first degree, shareholder, and financial documents (where available).

Business Essentials Provides essential information on businesses for multi-national expansion and automating onboarding processes. Verifies and returns data such as Business Name, Business Registration Number, Business Status, and Address.

Business Insights Delivers essential business insights for regulatory reporting, internal compliance, and process automation. Connects with over 190 registries to prefill and verify company data, including Business Essentials+, Tradestyle Name, Business Legal Form, Date of Incorporation, Industries, Directors & Officers, business activities, industry codes, and ownership information.

Identity Document Verification Verifies individuals globally using government-issued IDs and face biometrics like passports and driver's licenses. Supports over 12,000 document types with proprietary SDKs for web and mobile to ensure seamless image capture and accurate verification.

One Time Watchlist Monitoring Screens individuals or entities against watchlist sources at a specific point in time, typically during onboarding or initial due diligence. Ensures new customers are not on sanctions lists, PEP lists, or other high-risk lists, providing immediate risk assessment with a single, less resource-intensive check.

Ongoing Watchlist Monitoring Continuously or periodically screens individuals or entities against updated watchlist sources to identify changes in their risk status. Used for continuous compliance and real-time risk management, ensuring timely detection of new risks and meeting regulatory requirements for ongoing due diligence.

Getting Started

Before You Begin

Before you get started, make sure you have the following:

  1. A Trulioo account: The account consists of configurations and test entities. To set up a Trulioo account, contact us using the form available here.
  2. Normalized API v3 uses OAuth 2.0 for authenticating your API calls. As a result, you will need client ID and secret for your Trulioo account. Please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to obtain the same. If you have a Trulioo account set up already, but no OAuth API credentials, email [email protected] with the following information:
    • Your first and last name
    • Your organization's Trulioo account name
      We require approval from the primary or technical contact from your organization to create a NAPI user on your behalf.
