Before you get started, make sure you have the following:
- A Trulioo account: The account consists of configurations and test entities. To set up a Trulioo account, contact us using the form available here.
- Normalized API v3 uses OAuth 2.0 for authenticating your API calls. As a result, you will need client ID and secret for your Trulioo account. Please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to obtain the same. If you have a Trulioo account set up already, but no OAuth API credentials, email [email protected] with the following information:
- Your first and last name
- Your organization's Trulioo account name
We require approval from the primary or technical contact from your organization to create a NAPI user on your behalf.
