Identity Document Verification

  • Added a new capability for the comparison of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data and data extracted by Optical Character Recognition, adding new flexibility for decisioning based on comparison between datasets. This reduces manual review time, improves accuracy and enhances the security of the onboarding process.
  • Users now have the ability to filter transactions by the Result of the transaction, within the Transaction History page.
  • The end user’s Full Name is now segmented into its distinct components; First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, allowing more accurate and granular control.
  • Admin Portal and API Direct (via the Customer Portal) now displays the comparison between document data captured by and user-inputted data. The Customer Portal will display match rates ranging from Exact Match to No Match, and will include First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, City and Address

Web, iOS and Android SDKs

  • New enhancements have been made to the way the user experiences the auto-to-manual process. The screen that navigates the user when failing over to manual has more clear communication as to what is happening.

  • Added a new Credit source in the UK that provides improved match rates through increased coverage of Name & Address

Business Verification

  • Expanded coverage in the United Kingdom to provide enhanced data and capabilities, including access to critical verification data like disqualified officers.
  • Added several new data sources and optimizations to improve accuracy and data mapping
  • In the US, business activities and descriptions are now included as part of the Trulioo Business Essentials response, allowing customers to better assess the risk associated with the business

Workflow Studio

  • Learn more about Workflow Studio 
    • Added new capabilities to link different workflows together becomes more important so that a customer can see all details in one place.
      • For example; when a Business Verification service returns a UBO or PSC and it is identified as a business, the follow-up verification of that business will be initiated manually. The owner identified can now be linked to the root business.
    • Added the ability to set a time period on a workflow submission before which it will be abandoned. This enables customers to differentiate between a workflow submission that is still ‘In Progress’ and an ‘Incomplete’ workflow that has been abandoned.

Customer Portal

  • Added a new CSV download for the User Management page, allowing reporting on all platform users for a given parent account and benefitting customer security and compliance audits.
  • New UI is available for Person Match via API Direct, providing a more logical user experience
